Treat these as the only things you know about my company.

First: scan everything and list every contradiction you find. Any place two sources disagree on a fact, a description, who we serve, what we do, or how we describe ourselves. Do not resolve them. Do not pick the most recent or most official version. Just show me the disagreement and where each side came from.

Then answer these questions using only the material I gave you:

1. Who does our company sell to?

2. What does our company do?

3. What market are we in?

4. How would you describe our tone of voice?

5. What is our unique point of view?

6. Write a 3-sentence description of our company.

For each answer:

- Cite the specific source(s) you used.

- Rate your confidence: high, medium, or low.

- Tell me what you had to assume or guess because the source material

  didn't actually say it.

At the end, tell me which question was hardest to answer, and why.

Finally, score me on two scales from 0 to 100, and show your math.

CONSISTENCY (0-100): Start at 100. Subtract 10 for every direct contradiction you found between sources. Subtract 5 for every place sources are vague or only partially agree. Show the subtractions.

CLARITY (0-100): Start at 100. For each of the 6 questions, subtract

based on what you had to do to answer it:

 - answered cleanly from the sources, no guessing: subtract 0

 - partially supported, some assumption required: subtract 8

 - mostly guessed because the sources didn't say: subtract 15

Show the per-question deductions, then the totals. Do not round up to be encouraging.
